Sure, go ahead and use the pictures, Grannysweet.
All my photos are handheld for the last 7 years. I don't recommend this technique for everyone, it's just my way of moving about to get good photos at different angles and locations. To each his or her own.

No one else in the world can train bald eagles to pose so regally like you do. Terrific job, again. They are wonderful. Thank you for letting me enjoy them.
