Very nice shot. Iād say you were down by Port Orford? There are lots of nice stacks down there.
Oregon + blue sky is not an equation you can count on often. But beauty wins. Live the processing on this one!
Wonderful capture and PP work. My only observation is that I might have preferred the sun to not be so centered in the frame. Cropping just a small amount from the right might have, IMHO, created a visually more interesting composition. Maybe that's nit picky, but it's just my take on composition. Carry on, mate!
Very nice image. Really like the processing you did.
I have noticed that many photogs just say "Oregon Coast." However, the Oregon coast has many different unique distinct areas. As for this image, unless you know the features of these different areas, it may confuse people as to what is where on the Oregon coast. As stated above, this image looks like it from the southern Oregon coast, Port Orford, Gold Beach, Brookings. I another photog was planning a trip to get similar images of the Oregon coast and they planned to go to Astoria, Fort Stevens area, they would not see this type of rocks or any rocks unless they go to Cannon Beach-Ecola State Park. After all, there is only 363 miles of Oregon coast.
Very nicely shot. Rain and clouds don't hinder good photography. Many time it provides the perfect mood.

we had a good trip to the Oregon coast this spring. lots of clouds, some rain, but made for interesting compositions. not much "boring blue" sky.
