Does anyone know anything about a company called "mpb". I am looking for a used Canon camera, and their prices are lower than anyone elses, and they seem to have more stock than any place else...Just wondering if this is too good to be true..any info would be appreciated. They can be found at mpb.com. Thanks
MPB is a excellent dealer, I have bought cameras and lenses (used) from them and every time they have been top notch, rated "excellent" has looked/smelled/performed like brand new, and their shutter count info has been right on the money. Offer warranty (6 mo) and longer, return policy is a little on the short side, so review the gear and if you have an issue let them know immediately, they will make it right. I will continue to buy from them, along with UsedPhotoPro (Roberts), KEH (although no shutter count on bodies, so just lenses), and of course Adorama, Cameta, B&H, etc..

I bought 2 nikon lenses from them, they are awesome, lenses were like new and work great, no shipping or sales tax either. The only thing with them is don't trade any equipt. in for the camera, they won't give you much for your equipt. Buy it outright and you will be satisfied.Thats my 2 cents Jim Bianco
I am in the middle of my third transaction and have high praise for their business ethics. You can always speak to a PERSON, their prices are fair and they will even give you a higher rating if they deem your equipment worth it. Usually takes about 2-3 weeks for turnaround time. Decent guarantees if you are buying used. So, good luck. There are lots of other websites you can check, some also highly rated. Good luck.

Thank you all for your responses!!..I am so very happy I asked, given everyone has such favorable reviews, and it was a company I knew nothing about...now it looks like I will just have to "bite the bullet" and purchase!! Thank you all again!
You can buy with confidence. MPB is a reputable dealer and I have bought from them in the past with entire satisfaction. I believe they have a 6 months warranty on their second hand gear.

Have not used them much, because they don’t carry much preowned Fuji gear.
FYI, KEH has plenty of used Fuji gear. Just bought a used Fuji lens from them at a great price. Even comes with a six month warranty.

Have sold camera bodies and lenses to MPB. Very satisfied.
I am in the process of doing a purchase at this time with them, they seem fair, pricing is a little lower, but service is very slow,as is delivery.

Recently sold gear to them without problem
I've bought from them several times. Each time the equipment was in better condition than advertised and cheaper than KEH. I recommend both companies.

Mpb sells used equipment. They’re originally from across the pond but now have a place in NY.
Their estimate of the condition of the item is very close. They check out stuff before they sell it and warrant it for 6 mos after the sale, but returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. I’ve had no trouble with their merchandise
Good luck
They are, by far, the BEST company with which to do business. I have bought all of my bodies and lenses from them. All used but look brand new and come in the original boxes with manuals. I recommend them to everyone.
Have bought and sold with them. Now my first place to look for used equipment

I've had good experience with them!
I agree. I got the best offering price for my lightly used Sigma 150-500mm lens from them among four buyers on UHH. I presume they operate on a narrower pofit margin than others because their selling prices are also attractive.
