I don't know, but the ad for the car I bought kept showing up for a week. Not a great picture, poor lighting - I got a much better view just looking in my driveway. The car had a page to itself on the dealer's "pre-owned" site because it is a 2017 that sat in court impound for two years when a dealer went out of business and the state said it could not be sold as new by the dealership that bought it from the court - 36 miles on the odometer from test drives and being driven from the impound yard to the dealer that bought it along with over a dozen others, all 2017 & 2018 new vehicles. I got an original $31K msrp suv for under $21K. One of those high end used car companies near me has a 2018 with fewer extras advertised for $20K. It seems the brand had too many dealers so sales at each was low, they jerked the franchises for 4 dealerships in the LA Metro area at the same time and a bunch of "new" 2017 and early 2018 vehicles are available at dealerships around the area since the courts released them for sale, as "pre-owned". They also had to put plates on them and so I got plates good until next June. We will have to decide what to do with them since my wife's handicap plates are going on the new one as soon as I feel brave enough to go to DMV (a branch of Hell here in CA) and have them switched before we donate the old car. Then I start looking for one for me, my 2001 is in need of a lot of work and very soon a new transmission. I saved enough on this one we can afford payments on another one.
The new one is like driving a laptop with a whole new operating system that just happens to have an SUV built around it.

Are you talking about adds on the computer or the new, not new, vehicle you just bought? We recently bought an executive demo 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier that is loaded and had a sticker price of over $40,000 for just under $30,000. It's definitely a used vehicle. The previous owner, a Chevy sales exec, drove the vehicle from car show to car show to show off the new 3rd generation Equinox.
Here in Pennsylvania, you can go to the DMV yourself or go to a Tag service and pay a fee to avoid having to go to the DMV yourself. Sometimes it's worth the extra fee to not have to wait for a couple hours at the DMV. Ironically, where I live, the Tag service is almost across the street from the DMV and the only thing they don't handle is photo drivers licenses.

And that was my trip from hell, photo drivers license for Real I.D. Attempted three times, denied all three times. Best kept secret, do no laminate your social security card. Real I.D.....denied, denied, denied.

Click X in the top right corner of that ad. In the dialog, select "stop seeing this ad". And that particular advertiser should be blocked from showing that ad to you. At least that's how Google explains it.

You have no idea how many times I've done that, over and over again.

I hope it might be okay with the System Operator for me to reflect on your DMV in CA. It's the same hell that our Missouri DMV resides, especially with Real I.D.

I'll stop here, for I think we've identified the source of the advertisement on UHH, and perhaps the System Operator already knows this, and if not, we've helped the SysOp to learn what goes on "behind his/her back", as it were. And thank you for permitting us to learn what drives the Ads on here.

A little patience and they should go away, until the next purchase from that web site.

CA DMV is high stress duty and extra pay for the Demons assigned there.

It was an ad for the suv I bought, on any site I used Google Chrome to get to including UHH - the dealer had to put plates on it and the picture showed them plainly.

AAA (well here it's So. CA Automobile Club-but AAA) will do the plate swap also but our local office is almost as busy as DMV, just better seating and nicer people.
