This is sooo Urban---
It's in the country...
this artist must have had a 100 pieces-
hanging from his trees-
and atop the fence posts
along his property,
in both directions...

very whimsical, and
all repurposed from
something else...

loved it

Pg 9 - I can see why you loved these, Dana. They really
are very cool and very whimsical...I luv 'em, too.

I saw a similar car once in a motel parking lot in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Fun topic and there are some great submissions here. I shot some of the murals in the Mission District in San Francisco a couple of years ago that I think fit this challenge well. I hope you like them.

p9. I Just love the truck! It is wonderful. As for boobs and boy - well, it's Key West and that explains a lot.

Taken last year along the canal in Vienna,Austria. There is an amazing amount of artwork that is visible while walking along the canal. Here is a sampling of the murals.

p.9 I'd like to know what inspired the artist(s) to create the images. Some are very straight forward, others mystical.

I thought that I would give graffiti a try. I thought the best place to to that was the rail yard. Here are a few I took today. I took some close up and some with more background. I am not sure which is better.

p.9 I like that you took shots at different focal lengths - it shows the scale of the graffiti and its high visibility.

p.10 Have seen cars like that but not in person. WOW. Loved the piano too and yes, it seems sacred and profane are often found together.

p.10 Both series are great examples, fir well, and are wonderful to look at. So intricate one needs to spend time looking at the details.
