I've been using this kit for a while and like it -
https://www.thedustpatrol.com/There are some good resources. Read/watch them all.
www.cleaningdigitalcameras.com is a good resource too.
I've had the store do it and I've done it myself. Very stressful to do it yourself, but not that hard and it goes pretty fast. Just rul through your; camera's cleaning, blower then the more extreme methods. In my experience, if the blower doesn't do it, it needs wet.

Once clean try setting the D7200 to clean it at each on/off.
This works on very small items, but if you get it dirty dirty, it will not take care of it.

What kind of sensor cleaning kit should I buy for my crop sensor Nikon D7200? I have lots of spots on my images in the sky areas.
We are blessed to still have a local camera shop that will clean sensors. I believe it’s $39. Not worth it to do it myself IMO.
Thanks gang for the replies. Funny thing is I was in a camera shop and watched a guy cleaning sensors he does the exact same thing we do with our cleaning kits. One DIY cleaning can pay for the basic kit. two cleanings and you get a sensor viewing magnifier. It really that easy.
