Nicely composed, as stated. Really helps to accent your shot.

You have a good shot of Mt. Ypsilon (13 514ft) in RMNP, Gnawbone!

You can do both trips. Mt. Evans (14 264ft) is a long, narrow road - scenic drive all the way up to the summit parking. From there is a short (probably breathtaking in the thin air) trail walk to the rocky summit. Goats are present in the upper part and around the parking lot.
You may need a parka for breezy summit.

Beautiful view, but the last time I was up there, I had such a splitting headache by the time I reached the top, I was only able to spend 5 minutes before I had to head back down. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful shot! Gnaw Bone is nice too! I have friends that live in Story, IN.

I'm embarrassed to say this but I just read your comment .... You (and JayMatt) figured out the name/location, although I no longer live there - moved to Columbus (8 or so miles east) about 2 years ago.

I have a pic somewhere that I occasionally get out and fire up Photoshop to remove more people/wires/signs etc near the general store / restaurant in beautiful "downtown" Story. Story is one of those places that is emblematic of Southern Indiana - in 10 minutes you can be away from .... I'll be nice .... the hectic world of modern America.

Thanks to all for the kind comments and sorry I forgot (too many birthdays cause things like that) to come back and check this after I posted it.
