The first car my dad had that I could remember. His was a hard top coupe. I remember that small compartment door on the side. I am almost as old as dirt.

Packard engineering was vastly superior to the big three, but what does reality have to do with it. I recall in the mid 60s seeing the empty Packard factory building in Detroit. The factory decayed:
