I find this most promising info for outside,yes both camera d7100 and flash Yonguno 685 has HSS ,but alas I,m not at a level to use it yet !!!🙀😿

This is very similar to the background I just bought secondhand for £8.50 online but mines thicker,( haven't seen another like it so no idea where it came from originally ) will post picture of the item and it's results when it arrives.
