Very nice work/composition. Leaving Sunday for the Sierras for a month and maybe longer if the Fall Colors start showing up earlier in October.

Lucky you. As you might know one can never set a time table for the fall color, even the color changes from year to year, one year the oaks turn gold the next they turn grey. Anyway have a great time, I will be up there around the end of October.

Nice composition. The sky in the "looking up" appears to be over-processed a bit though. I find I get the same appearance when I use HDR. I find the noise filter useful for this. There is also dust on your sensor. You can see it in the sky of the last photo just above center. Great shots though. My wife is planning to hike Cathedral Lakes this weekend. I think it is too early for the Fall color yet. Can't go wrong with Yosemite N.P. Thank you for sharing.
