Pretty sure your bird is not a Toucan but some type of Hornbill. Guides at AFarm should know.

One correction. Your white birds are Great Egrets (Ardea alba). The so called Great White Heron is a white morph of the Great Blue Heron. The great white has pale legs and is larger than the great egret.

My mistake. You're right, it's a Hornbill. The Toucan they had was decidedly different.
