FALCON HEAVY Launch Tues April 9th

According to the Kennedy Space Center website, it's scheduled for 6:36PM EDT. See:

Looking forward to seeing it go (and come back!).

Now postponed until tomorrow (Wednesday) with launch window starting at 6:36 PM. Those of us who live here often lose track until we feel the house shake...

Holy (and a word I cannot say on TV). A really dramatic and excellent capture of a launch. I guess this would look on a 24" by 36" glossy print on metal perhaps.

High upper-level winds caused the launch to be scrubbed last night. The new launch window is tonight (Thursday) starting at 6:35. Should be worth waiting for, with both booster creating sonic booms as they return to land - the main thruster will land on a barge in the ocean.
