The fabled Hare (Lepus europaeus). Mostly nocturnal but from February through to May they become quite active during the day.

Really like your pictures. That same animal, particularly in West Texas and Oklahoma, is know as a Jackrabbit - not much good to eat, but a challenge for dogs and younger boys to hunt.

These are the best Rabbit images I have seen all year. You nailed-it and he displays his personality in your shots that are so nicely captured.

Excellent work and definitely wall-hangers in a series set I'd frame them.
