I shot it with a D3100, 35mm 1.8 lens. ISO 1600, f-2.2,1/125. In post processing, I darkened the background to remove distracting lights.

I don't know whats it's called, but it's fun to play with. When you touch it, the (inside) electrical charge goes to your finger. Meanwhile, it's pulsating 'electrical' colors. It took awhile to get this shot to work.
