Not thinking clearly today. Shooting at an ice festival. Subject was NOT cold. Thoughts?
EXIF:
No PP
Lens: 38mm/Auto Focus
Aperature Priority
F/18
ISO 200
WB - Auto
Color/tone very off. Can your clearer minds help? Thanks.

I checked it through adobe and yeah she turns red both face and hands, I'm wondering if it comes from the fact that the ice in front is is dominating the balance, curious to see what the pro's think

Temperature was too warm. Underexposure of image looses detail in the face. I would not have shot this using Matrix metering. An alternative is to adjust the Exposure compensation in camera.
AWB was not working here.
Corrected image(At least as much as possible). +19 added to the HUE to cool the image down.
Corrected Whites not blown out

Thanks, PalePictures - will take a look and follow your advice. Checking EXIF does show it was matrix. You did a great job in improving it. Very much appreciated!
One thing I learned early on is that the color will only be correct with the proper exposure - at least close to it. And Russ is right on with the Matrix Metering observation - all that white snow will fool the camera. I would bet a quick check of the histogram would have shown the problem right away and you could have added a stop or two of Exposure Compensation right then. That histogram is there for a reason.
The recovery is good, but anytime you make that much of a recovery, you will increase noise because there was not enough data in the original.

Spot on, Cap - only when I was re-reading the exif did I think to check the histo - the ec would have been the simplest to affect. Was concentrating on losing daylight at the time and was hurrying the shot. Appreciate your input. Thank you!
I see a few issues here. Under exposed allowing excessive noise in shadows, the camera exposed for the for ground ice instead of subject, auto white balance not very accurate, try using other white balance settings to find the best fit for your surroundings. Try to use your histogram to prevent under exposure as well. Your camera has a small sensor which also has a higher signal to noise ratio which is amplified in under exposed shots. Hope that helps.

Adjusted brightness and increased hue.

I believe the underexposure skewed your white balance. You should have been overexposing by one or two stops to get the snow white. Instead you underexposed by one EV (stop).
yah... all the reflecting blue light from the ice took out the yellow.
This type photo is where a incident light meter comes in handy.

Or checking the histogram before shooting.
