Hello,
My name is Terri and I'm new to the forum. My Hubby got me to join. Photography has Always been a passion of mine. Looking forward to learning more and meeting new people. I have always had just the point and shoots, but we just bought the Nikon D5100. Can't wait to see who it does.

Thank you for the welcome :-) The only pics I have right now are from a Kodak point and shoot. It has been a Great practice camera, but I'm ready to upgrade. Here are a few of my favorite pics I have so far. My new camera comes in Monday. Can't wait!

You have some beautiful shots, Terri! I'm also just starting with a DSLR after using an Olympus superzoom p& s for a couple of years. I'm anxious to see more from you!

Thank you! It's been hard to get Butterflies with the point and shoot I have. LOL....I have to keep chasing them till they finally stop and hope they don't fly away again. The camera I have right now is sooo slow, but I have been lucky with a few shots. Can't wait till the new camera comes in! I feel like an impatient little kid :D
