Mount Monadnock in Jaffrey NH. is the most climbed mountain in North America and the second most climbed mountain in the world. This photo was taken 2/10/13 from the grounds of the Templeton Developmental Center (formerly the Walter E. Fernald School) in Templeton, MA. The white farm house and red barn with the snow covered hill (Elliot Hill) behind is also part of the Developmental Center and is approx 1.5 miles away.
Note.... Got screwed up and posted Mt Monadnock last. Sorry bout that :|

Great shot of the mountain! Now I'm curious--what's the number one most climbed mountain? And who's keeping these records?!

Thanx Treepusher. I don't know who's keeping the records, however, I just read that Mt Fuji in Japan was the most climbed but when they built a road to the summit it cut down on the number of climbers and put Mt Monadnock back in 1st place. :D Actually, it's not so much a climb as a strenuous hike.
