Very nice and good to hear. I have two Canon XT'a with a 18-55mm, a 50mm prime, a 28mm,a 35-135mm, and a 75-300mm
Yes, no city lights around this area..
Tad, I use a Rebel XT with a 70-300 IS and a T2i Canon with a 17-85 IS. With this system I can switch rapidly and also by leaving the zoom in place it lessens the danger of dirtying the sensor on the Rebel. I love that 17-85!
Bovine By-Products for nice flower beds
Orléans Island, Québec looking north to Mt-Ste-Anne
Last winter in Rimouski, Québec down in the estuary...quite a good hour spent watching the tug and ice breaker working
Wow some really great shots, I can only imagine what it would be like to be there. I keep one XT with the 18-55 on it and the other with the 35-135 (with the 1.6 conversion factor a 55-215mm)which is a 2.8 so a good lower light lens. I carry the 75-300 in the bag but to be honest I also have a 100-300 that I have had over 20 years and have only taken 2 photos with it. Where were you standing when you shot the ice breaker. I understand loving that 17-85 I would think that gets a lot of use
Back on Sunday,,,went south for Thankdsiving weekend,,,PA.
Take a lot of photos on your trip, see you when you return
this is from the first of two blizzards in Annapolis Md 2009, that were twodays apart. This first snow was 27+ inches, two days later another storm with 27+ inches of snow. I am so glad I have a Jeep! What fun we had 4 wheeling.
favorite daytime snow photo
Glad you had the jeep and really glad you had the camera
Hey Tad,
I am rapidly finding out that Wilkes-Barre PA is not the most photogenic city in NEPA LOL. I'll do my best tho..
No snow in W-B Tad, northern New York, yes.
Tried some shots ''Pointing and Shooting from a Moving Car'' Interesting results, I'll post something later on. Jim
