Why is it an insult? That is a proper rendering of the patch for the fatigue uniform. ALL units use a subdued patch on their camo and fatigues!

Every unit patch on the work uniform is subdued modern warfare you want to be camouflaged and a yellow patch just dont do that. Why put down a unit that has more history than any other. By the way 1stI Cav is on every deployment to Afganistan and Irag there is a Bri gade in Afganistan now and here is something that is not in the news because Obama doesnt want to advertise there is a Brigade in Bengladesh South Africa. I know for a fact I go on Ft Hood atleast once a week so ever time he says he is bringing troops home he is lieing he is just moving them some place else.

Great patch and Unit 1/32 Armor, only problem I had was when I PCS'd to 3 ID there was the big spot. haha but then to 2ID

I was lucky I retired out of the 1st and wore them as a combat patch so I never had to worry about moving paches around if you dont have them as a combat patch evertime you changed duty stations you had to move every patch on the uniform around because of the difference in the size of the patch
