Shrinking a photo proportionately to measure

approximately to about 1/2" to fit a locket. Is this possible and if so, how is it done. You all were so helpful in showing me how to enlarge a photo. I hope you can help with trying to do the opposite...thank you!

Post the photo (with download) and I'll insert it to a 4x6 doc in MS Publisher, then convert to jpg. You will have it printed as 4x6, then cut out the image from the white part.

See if this one fits. Click on the download option below photo, then right-click, choose "save image as" and place on your computer. Outside dimensions are 4x6, but you might want to print on larger plain paper to check dimensions initially.

I printed up Lucy and the size is perfect! Thank you so much, and thank you to everyone who helped with my sizing issues. You're a great bunch. So glad I'm on this forum.
