I think I posted this in the wrong section, so here goes again.

Let me know what you think.

Had a birthday party the other night and tried out my new Peri-Scoop. Here's a few of the results. I love the "off-camera flash" effect.

Thanks . . . I do have a beautiful family from wife to grandchildren. My goal has always been to make my photos look like no artificial lite was not used. This new modifier helps me come closer to that.

I would love to see the last one in B & W, with all the distractions in back ground removed.

Being part of the "10 % who never gets the word", I have to ask what is a PERI-SCOOP?

It's a flash modifier that gets the light away from the camera like a bracket. Gives kind of off-camera flash effects and weighs almost nothing, plus you don't have to buy a troublesome cord. Watch the video and that should explain it. I love mine!

Great shots! I noticed in one of your past avatars you had a similar modifier. Was that a rogue flash bender? I love the effect of the peri-scoop!

No, that was a Lite-Scoop made by the same company. The Peri-Scoop actually has a "Lite-Scoop attached to the top of it, so the reflector parts are the same. I'm a fanatic on consistency, so I was always concerned with that "flash bender" that I would not have it bent the same way each time I used it.
