Before mother nature turns her wrath on us. They're talking 2'+ of snow tomorrow into Saturday and we're right smack in the middle of it. Should make for some nice photo ops though. :D

If ever "calm before the storm" applied...good luck tomorrow. Were you there for the 1978 blizzard they're comparing it to? My brother and his wife got to experience that one first-hand.

Thanx Linda. I remember it well. I was just starting out as a lineman for a small power company in central Mass. What a battle that was!! :roll:

lol we are worried about 2cm of snow in the uk and the entire country comes to a halt good luck........

LDM5 Gook luck, I hope it doesn't turn out to be like the North Easter we had here in 93. Snow was over two feet average with
drifts over six feet. No power for over week in a lot of the rural
areas and cold that we are not used to here. Boston looks like
it is going the get the deepest snow. Should be some good photo
opportunities if you can get dug out. The sunset was great.

Thanx for the reply Bret. We're pretty much geared up for it. Borrowed a pair of snow shoes and hoping for some good pics on Sunday. :D

Thanx much mdh. Appreciate the reply. I'm actually looking forward to it in a way. Guess it's because I don't have to work in it (I mean like I used to) but I will take my camera and go out and play in it. :D

Wow! Really nice photo. What is going on with this weather, we are scheduled to be in the high 70's and low 80's all week with our lowest low being 61. We are higher than average for February. The weather certainly has run a muck for the last number of years. I'm super glad you are prepared, a lot of people won't and they will end up paying dearly.
