Eagles in action

Had to take a photo up to the cattle ranch today so just kept going and looked for some eagles. Wasn't long before I found some. There will be a bunch hanging around the ranch in the next couple of weeks as the cows have already started calving. The eagles come in for the afterbirth.

what a nice set no 4 is my choice great shoot . the small birds here attack the eagles and birds of pray havnt got one doing it yet

Those are Magpies! They are faster than the eagles most of the time!

Thanks! Here are a few more I have been working on! It was a great day even though some of theshots didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. But it was an awesome sight to behold! When the eaglewas double teamed it did loose the major portion of the fish and one of the other birds caught it inflight. Then the two went at each other. Some of those shots are not worth saving except for content.
