My mother-in-law has a Nikon something or the other (really nice too), and I have a Canon Rebel Xsi. We went to the State Park and she taught me quite a bit about how to use my camera. We took some really amazing photos too!! Here are a few :) Thanks Pennymg!!

#1 is very striking! What lens or lenses do you have? Your enthusiasm for learning and improving came through in your paragraph - love that!

Stef, it is great that you have a mother-in-law that will go shooting with you and she gave you some great advice as I see from you photos, really nice. CJ

Thank you Linda! I always wanted to learn photography, but it never was an option until recently. but I love everything about it! I used the EFS 18-55 mm lens on M, I cannot remember the shutter speed. I had it on Auto focus, and Auto ISO. (I am still learning what all that means, haha). I was very sunny also.

Well you have the eye for composition and interesting subjects - plenty of time for all that technical stuff later!
