Today we are hunting wabbits
. No really we are doing a scavenger hunt
here is what Id like you to look for
. Remember you have 3 days for this challenge it goes from 01-30-2013 to 02-01-2013 and I have posted the new calendar for Feb.
So here is what I would like you to post
Solace (something that gives you comfort)
Diagonals
Rule of thirds (merely the suggestion rather a Concept)
Not what it seems
Wildlife (remember true wildlife shots DO NOT show the hand of man.)
**And this time we have a bonus riddle lets see what you come up with
Wherever you go I am always near, when night comes I disappear** :?

Hey Annette. You images just keep getting better. I love you rule concept. I know the answer to your riddle but I won't tell yet. No image of such on the iPhone. Hahahah. Maybe tomorrow. Pileated woodsy are rare at home and I am happy to see yours This is what I have on phone.

good seeing you m'lady thank you... I am really trying to concentrate on better composition... I was excited to see the pileated... asn he was the closest I have ever seen him... I first saw him on the suiet feeder and had to really contain my excitement when I went for my camera and he went for a tree... eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :D

MY BAD everyone... Please make a note that on the 23rd.. mgstrawn and PatO are hosting "into the night" apparently I did not hit "ok" when I made the change so here again is the corrected calendar...

Whatever program you are using, you are a wizard at creating wonderful effects with it. I love this one with the basket of tomatoes in the camera's lens. It's a very cool effect.

I used Oloneo on that one..a VERY fun program and a great way to waste time on your computer

Here is the last wildlife picture I took (last November). I took it so the crevice that the garter snake was poking his head out of was at a diagonal across the picture. I later cropped it so the eye would be at one of the intersection points of thirds.
