During a California wildfire rescue workers ran out of crates to place rescued animals, forcing them to put a fawn and a bobcat kitten in an office together. When they got back they found that fawn and the bobcat cuddling and the pair became inseparable.

Lovely picture. If you can do this early enough then they do not know they are supposed to be enemies.

Maybe thats what we need to do then. Put the kids of natural enemies together younger and peace will eventually take over. No wait, some screwy adult will mess the whole thing up eventually.
'tis and adorable photo though.

Enjoyed the photo.

As far as cats killing billions....I never saw a rat as long as I had a cat. And we never lacked for birds. Planty of Mockingbirds, never saw my cat catch one. They were too smart.

LOL... There is a huge solid white cat that comes in to my yard and tries to hide in the small flowering plants below the bird feeder.... It really must suck for this cat to have the instinct of a hunter and the camouflage of a squad car with lights lite up...

I don't understand this war on cats all of a sudden. Some guy in New Zealand, I think it is, is trying to get cats eliminated from the whole country. Cats are just too cool. They're the James Dean of the animal world.

It's not you Blurry, it's Bmac and others that see cats as a big enemy of birds.
