I have hunted for years in all sorts of terrain & have never met one. I think if it was real a hunter would have bagged one by now.

Here's one. I saw it outside the Huntington Beach Public Library one night at closing time. You might think this is far-fetched, but the library is located on the grounds of a large park, which is where I assume he or she lives. Good thing I had my F1 on me and loaded with film.

The NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation denies the existence of the sasquatch/yeti/bigfoot but they recently passed a formal declaration that the critters are "protected" under the Environmental Conservation Law and cannot be harassed or hunted.

I saw one when I was 13 (50 years ago) in the middle of no where Idaho with my dad and another guy. It was massive. If it was 8 feet tall, it was 4 feet wide at the shoulders. It was calmly and gracefully walking down a game trail like it owned the place. They do exist.

Maybe one was created in one of those buttes with all those antennae sticking out of them that you see in Idaho. That I may believe! :D

They did that after a representative of the Northern Sasquatch Research Society asked them for a statement of their policy toward the critters.
Essentially, they said "we don't believe they exist but nonetheless we consider them a protected species." Huh?
In other words, if you go into the woods and shoot one of these nonexistent critters we'll arrest you, even though they don't exist.

Government logic at it's finest. No surprise to me at all. :|

It seems that one of the most illusive cryptozoological animals remains camera-shy and even the BFRO, (Bigfoot Research Organization) has trail camera failures when "on the hunt." Its always is the same old story of battery drain or power loss. This is similar to what happens to cameras when trying to take a picture of ghosts. Whats up with that?

As to Sasquatch, it would be great to see any one's photos of this hide-n-seek prankster who loves throwing rocks, rapping on trees and howling bizarre tunes at the wee hours in the the morning in some sort of communicating ritual that has scared the crap out of many so-called investigators in the field.

I personally believe that this anomaly actually does "exist", but only as a phenomenon rather than a real living physical blood and bones entity. It seems as if "it" can assume physical characteristics at will and disappear when necessary to avoid human contact. What say you?

By no means make it life time of work, sorry got other things to do. Like take the kids to the zoo. This way we get to rattle the cages instead of wildlife rattling mine.
They must have the biggest ones in Texas.

Yeah, we don't like to brag, but the biggest ones are in Texas . . . we have the biggest Bigfoot specimens, too . . . .

Oh, and it's legal to bag a Bigfoot here in Texas, too. Our lawmakers are on top of that situation, for sure. :D

I've actually had hair samples sent to my lab so that I could determine if they were from a Sasquatch or not (I work in forensics). My first question was, what crime are you trying to solve? The detective was not amused by my skepticism, they were serious about finding out.

The last time I was in West Texas on a deer hunt (near Iraan) I found a big set of tracks and followed them. They led right to a rancher with a size 16 boot.
