I was up early and went to the beach for sunrise - which was far from spectacular! Got a couple of 'blue' shots I quite liked and went back home to catch up on some sleep. A friend called to say he'd booked a 'plane for the afternoon and would I like to bring my camera along - that pepped-up the day for me!

Love the shots from the air, glad you took your friend up on his offer! Hope you had a blast!

The shot of Lulworth Cove is fantastic and pictqued my interest so I looked it up, as I was wondering how it got it shape. Wikipedia is generally correct, is it so in this case?

Thanks for looking and, yes, Wikipedia has it nailed - but to put it simply, the sea eroded a narrow band of hard rock and then came across much softer stuff, which led to the cove shape forming. Lulworth is famous for it rock 'crumple', where near-vertical rock layers can be seen - I'll see if I have a shot of them. This is part of our 'Jurrassic Coast, famous for its geology and fossils.
