I just returned from a 2 day trip to Yellowstone, and while the weather kept me from getting the shots I was actually wanting, it wasn't a total bust. These are a few of the mountain shots I took. These are JPG's straight out of camera. Hope some of you like them.

Wow what a magnificent spot. The number 3 is beautiful and that view alone would make the trip memorable I am sure.Thanks for sharing this set. Probably as close as I will ever get to Yellowstone but one can always dream and in the meantime it is so pleasurable to be there through photos such as these. Nice way to explore parts of the country.

Wildlife was scarce this trip. Lots of bison, several elk and a few coyotes. Bighorn sheep, wolves and moose were nowhere to be found this trip. I was looking for a moose I heard about up around Pebble Creek when I took the mountain shots, never did see him or his tracks though.
