O-Flash modifications

I just purchased a new O-Flash that does not have any mylar on the cardboard deflector. I have reviewed Nikonian's modification but also thought I remembered seeing a more recent post on adding even more reflective coatings to the flash. I have researched the UHH website but cannot find the posting.
Has anyone added more myler to the "legs" of the cardboard deflector or to the curved plastic "tube" that that makes the bend from the flash unit to ring?
Also, what adhesive are you using to glue the mylar (from mylar balloons?) to the cardboard and/or plastic surfaces?
Thanks in advance.

Here is my O-Flash modification, which added more than a full stop of exposure:

I used common white glue to attach mylar to cardboard. I have read about fellow macrographers gluing mylar inside circular channel, behind circular Fresnel prism, but have not attempted such myself.

The cardboard legs are not in the light path, so I did not glue mylar there. It will not hurt, but I see no advantage to gluing mylar there.

Thanks, Nikonian. I did reference your site which is very clear. I thought I had read another post where a macrophotographer had added even more mylar and had stepped up the light output quite a bit...maybe a month or two ago. I neglected to bookmark it and cannot find it.

I purchased an o-flash adapter recently and took it apart according to your instructions to find that the one i bought had a different piece which is all ready reflective now.... Wonder if anyone else has found this?

That possibility is discussed in the intro page of this set of photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nikonian72/sets/72157623703013085
