I take pictures at the local zoo here in Des Moines for events that they host all year, I know I have to get a release for every picture I take of anyone especially children, most sign the release with no issues, but others, well they don't want it even though they know it is for the zoo and will potentially be used by the Zoo's marketing.

I stay away from kids altogether as Danilo said this is a hot button. I dont go near playgrounds or anywhere there may be predominantly kids. Yes have a parent present and an assistant of your own preferably a woman? and have an agreement + consent form for the parents to sign,but even then it is still for me a minefield, I would rather avoid..regards
