Hi fellows.

For my Christmas gifts I already have in my wish list the Nikon 28-300 and now can put in a compact camera.

I was thinking about the Fuji X10 but already have a m4/3 camera and want something more compact with long zoom.

I was thinking about the Fuji F series: F550 - F600 - F660 - F750 - F770.

Is there anyone who uses them or can give me some help on choosing one of them.
Mainly I should also like to hear something about IQ because I have read mixed things about them.

Thanks

I had limited experience with the X10 and love the feel, but it does have quirks as do most Fuji's. The X10 can produce some amazing pictures and the Jpeg engine is great. Forget raw. Look at this forum for some thoughts. http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/1012

He elandel
As Nikon shooter for most of my work, I too wanted a small compact camera that I would always have with me. After a great deal of research, and much reading of reviews a thread appeared that got my attention. I found the least negatives references for still point & shoot camera use with the exr 660 fuji. I read about all brands. But this model fared best for still. I did not consider movies in my looking because this did not interest me. I did get a exr 660 and was very pleased. I am adding a study done with the camera.

I have been using the F800EXR for about 3 months and love it. It has a manual mode, shoots RAW, and has many of the features of a DSLR. But fits in my pocket.
