Because 2016 trump election meddling with help from Russia is still an open topic. Mueller confirmed it, but wouldn't charge a sitting president. It will be in the spotlight again along with the 2020 election interference and the vote denying disinformation campaign. It's trumps MO.

BS, Muellers report found no evidence, but anybody in the Trump campaign, nor Trump himself colluded with the Russians. Mueller couldn’t charge Trump as a sitting president for what he called possible obstruction of justice, not colluding with Russia cause that never happened.
