Well, as shared in a post in the sub-category birds, I went to this place to work with my new lens. Unfortunately, seeing the geese, GBH, and ducks—well, I suspect you know what happened! What can I say that's my passion! I did go back and try, but I can't say my heart is in these. Trees are interesting, but with some, I was struggling as adjacent to this area is a major road with lots of traffic! Consequently, I couldn't capture the shots I wanted! Some don't feel as sharp and there's a problem with the color on my PC so there may be some issues. Trying to resolve it!
Interesting place so I'm hopeful that maybe I can do more here. Tried some flower shots and they were absolutely lousy so not sure what happened
Well, I am trying here! Admit I worked with my squirrel after this and was pleased with some of those shots. Feedback, as always, is welcomed!
I would be happy with these, Barb. Maybe not exciting, but nice shots!

That makes one of us. You nailed it perfectly. Any clues on how to improve? How do you add excitement?

It's so green!
Yeah, it was! You should see this place when it rains, it floods!
I like your photos a lot and mechanically they are very well done. But they lack any kind of a story to go with them. Perhaps next time take photos showing people in the area. Often the presence of people adds a human interest part to the story and improves photographs.
