I went to the Churchville Nature Center this past weekend looking for a different variety of birds. After spending two chilly hours in their blind, I came away with nuthatches, woodpeckers, chickadees and a stuffed American kestrel.
Very nice work, Max. The kestrel is my pick

Thanks mike. I didn't have to worry about him moving. However, and post-processing I blurred out the background a little bit more so it would look less like a diorama.
Great set, Max! I like the Chickadee take off X2!

Thanks, Chief. That was the best shot of the morning.

Gorgeous, my friend
You sure had a great outing 😃😃😃
Spent some time at my Indiana place, and I was amazed at the amount of different birds at my feeders. It sure was a first for me: chickadees, nuthatches, flickers, a hairy woodpecker, a downy one, grackles, redwing blackbirds, mourning doves, a cardinal, a pine warbler (a first for me) and a couple of others. I thought I accidentally sat in the wrong yard 😒. 60 degrees felt like about 40 with a howling wind all day - and a yard that's in total shade about 1:00pm. Got some shots, but every time I picked the camera up, eveybody flew off. Put the camera down, suddenly everyone was back

Thank you. I can't tell you how many shots I missed today for the same reason.
