EagleTeam5... The 3 Amigos

Hiked to the eagle nest today... The 3 Amigos are getting pretty big...just so happy to see 3!
Then Dad snuck into the nest, but I captured him just as he was landing. He brought an unidentified feathered snack again, but only the left eaglet ate any of it...(See the meat/feathers on his beak...ok, it's hard to see, but it's there)....the others just watched him...
Then Dad perched beside the nest before flying off....look closely, you'll see soft downy feathers on/flying off his talons.

Rain forecasted tomorrow and over both days of the weekend, so I'll see them next week sometime.

Ps... The BIF shots were NOT in perfect focus... I forgot to watch my shutter speed (that I usually have set to 1/1260 to 1/1600).... So there around 1/800... Brain fart 😞

While hiking back, I snapped a photo of this weed/flower.. pretty cool!... Any ideas?

Weeds all have names: this little lady is Yellow Salsify
