Gerry, as always sage advice. I have the same Epson as yours. I did set it up for wifi printing and it works great. Now I hope I didn’t jinx it!

I'll have to give that a try.

Thanks. I'll pass that along. The local Staples has both the ET-2400 and the ET-2800, so she can see them in person.

Another comment came to mind on these printer options, if it isn't too late to add.

With the ET-2800, for color prints, in my using it, the glossy papers don't give the best result. Premium Presentation Matte paper gives a noticeably better result.

I don't recall now which of the two fellows, Keith Cooper or J Toolman, but one of them made mention in some of his material that these lower level all-in-one models did not make their best work on glossy paper. As a result of his tests with it, he recommended using a Presentation Matte paper.

Don't know if that is of any value at this point, in the advice, or maybe you've researched more and come up with other choices of machine.

I bought the Epson 2550 Eco Tank, which might have been the first Eco Tank printer they offered. It works just fine and I'm finally refilling the ink in it since I bought it. I sure don't miss those expensive cartridges printers used to require. I'm sure the new Epson is wonderful, too. I recommend these printers for "non-pro" printing jobs.
