I often look for birds of prey, but don't ignore other birdies either... this fellow was perched behind my house in a tall pine tree...

thanks, I even have several BOOKS on birds of prey, yet the RT Hawk has many morphs, which make it more difficult for some [me, mostly] to ID ... thanks for the link...

How do I delete MY image and replace it with an accurate ONE? thank you If you know

So ironically, THIS is not a Christmas Angel and it is NOT a Coopers Hawk!!!
My apologies... it is a Red Tailed Hawk and when I figure out to replace this image, I will do so...regards.

thanks, I gave up on replacing the original, and reposted the correct Hawk ID after being taken to the proverbial woodshed by the birder folks
