Her testimony is integral to the case. If you've been paying attention at all, you would know that part of his falsifying business records case revolves around her being paid off to be quiet about their affair, so that it would not come out during the election.
Without her, that count, only two of thirty-one counts would be thrown out.
I hope she testifies truthfully, without leaving out any details so you can see what a clown this orange buffoon, really is.

As far as these charges go it would seem her only relevant testimony is that cohen gave her $130,000 to keep quiet. Then cohen testified it was on orders from trump and trump hid the reimbursement under campaign legal fee. The later being what trump is charged with - not wether he did or did bed Daniels.

That's true, but you still need her testimony and you know they will ask her, "What was your understanding of why Mr. Trump paid you $130,000.00?"

And if she replies that it was hush money after a sexual affair, they will ask how she could have been paid to keep quiet about something that never happened, according to a letter she penned on January 30, 2018.

They have a signed letter from Stormy stating the affair didn't happened. She has either lied that the affair happened or she has lied that the affair didn't happen. Which is it? She has been caught, and will have to lie again trying to protect herself. Perjury as a witness can be costly. As the old saying goes damned if you do, damned if you don't. By the way, Trump didn't give her any money, Cohen did. If the prosecution calls her as a witness knowing she is a lier, maybe they aren't as smart as they think they are. She has been ordered twice to pay Trumps legal bills, do you really think she wants that brought up in court again?

That’s doesn’t matter . !! Shacking up my and pay her to be quite has no bearing the trial .
I am sure prosecutor will drag the dirt out but the only legitimate question is “ where you paid 130,000 to be quite”
