This girl (Blackbird) has been in our garden for a few days now. The berries on our Common Myrtle are her main attraction. After having a feed, she sits there and I chat to her. (Hope the neighbours don't hear me) Last night she flew over onto the fence right near me and we chatted some more and when I went inside she flew off. Notice anything unusual about her...
I donβt, but they are nice shots.

Thanks Barbara, she's got no tail feathers...don't know why but she still flies OK...
Kind of like my recent post on lacking magpie tails.
Great set Ron. Nice visitor to have. Odd about the missing tail feathers
.
Quite nice, Ron. I think she is just molting. Her tail feathers will grow back.
Nice photos. The black bird enjoys visiting your garden.

Great set! Great story too.
Looks like she had a close call with a predator. Nice shot Ron
Well done, Ron. (Photos and narrative)
