At least. But someone has to keep telling him throughout the day or he will forget. Biden's brain can only handle information for up to 5 minutes at a time.

I assume at least some of you know this happened before and it was even more extreme. Woodrow Wilson had a stroke in October 1919 and was bedridden the rest of his life. His wife took all papers etc. into him by herself and brought out answers and decisions. It was an open secret that the answers and decisions were from her. She basically ran the White House and President's Office until the end of his 2nd term in 1921. The White House doctor and nurses also were in on what was going on and helped hide it from the public.
