Well of course you are right. He is so well known for plagiarism I didn't think I needed to spell it out. POS Biden has been lying and committing plagiarism since he was in school. For the Left that must be a sign of a good politician since so many on that side of the aisle do it, lie, plagiarism, and so on.

Then Biden goes on to put the cadets down for not laughing at his stolen comment. Of course they know what an asshole he is.
