Sorry but your comment doesn't make sense. IF those emails were turned over to the State Department why would a judge order them released, to who, the State Department who already had them?

Because they were held at the state department and the judge order the state dept to release them to public . That happened two years after Clinton gave them to state dept.

The 3 R's as you call them were taught by Public School teachers, like me. Home Schooling/Charter Schools, Religious/Ethnic/Private schools abound today. How's that working out? Many of them don't even require Certified Teachers, a warm body is all most Home Schooled children get.

AGAIN, your comment doesn't make sense. Think about it. Why would a judge order the State Department to release papers to the public. A judge has no right to order the Federal State Department to release any papers to the public does he? Why? Doesn't the State Department have a right to decide what papers are released to the public OR NOT? Don't you recall the papers Hillary had, some of them anyway, were Classified documents.
