I have been to Chicago a few times, long ago. Some parts were bad enough then that being underwater could only improve them.
Hint, don't visit the area in January. At least stay in your car to view the lake. The wind chill factor was so bad I kept expecting to see a flock of icebergs come cruising along, big ones, with a bunch of big ore carriers fleeing ahead of them. I wonder if there is an ore carrier named after the Titanic?
