I am on a chicken thigh kick. This is my 3rd one and also the best one.
Chicken thighs with garlic butter and Brussels Sprouts. I made this one in my trusty old black cast iron skillet. I also threw on some Parmesan cheese.
I liked this better than using my new Le Creuset braiser.
