Okay Trumpers, but don't celebrate too much.
The new trial date is April 15th, just two weeks away.
I can wait two weeks for this mutt to go to trial.

The delay tactics ate working, but for how long?

Hey, the day isn't over yet. He still has to come up with a half billion dollars on that other case.
Interestingly, his lawyers say that's impossible, but Trump stated that he's got at least 500K in cash.
Gee. It can't be that Trump is lying. Can it?

He got another reprieve there. As long as the trials begin and getting his deeds into the light of day is what is important.

A New York appeals court ruled former President Donald Trump must pay a $175 million bond as he appeals the civil fraud judgment against him, instead of the full $464 million judgment, which was due today. He also was given 10 additional days. Trump said Monday he would post the new amount, and the ruling for now staves off the prospect of the New York attorney general seeking to seize his property to enforce the judgment against him.

I think he paid off the Appeals Court. No, that's not possible but getting a bond reduced 75% I thought was impossible to

Don’t you just hate it when you’re consistently wrong time and time again. It looks like you’d learn to keep your pie hole shut, fake cop.

Come on dippy.
He's still going to trial, and you're still a more on

Not when the original bond was $450 million +/-. Clear violation of the 8th Amendment.

Didn't you say that you couldn't wait for Monday to come to see Trump get his properties "confinscated"?

Don't you just hate the taste of your own failed words? lol This was from your other foolish thread.

Yes. Tomorrow should turn out to be a fun day for everyone.
Except Trump.

Monday is the day that Fat Donny needs to come up with nearly a half-billion-dollar bond for his case in New York.
It's also the day that the trial date for his criminal fraud trial will be set.
Of course, Fat Donny is working overtime. Well, his lawyers are. He's just throwing ketchup at the wall.
I can't help but wonder how this is all going to turn out.
My one observation that I see no one is addressing is, that none of his children are stepping up to help him come up with this bond.
The question I'm wondering about is, what property will the Attorney General seize?
My best guesses:

1. His summer estate in Westchester County, NY.
2. His golf course in NJ
3. His jet.

Does anyone else have any guesses?

Hey, it’s New York City! I’m surprised there is still a bondsman in business with Bragg in office.

We welcome you “‘opinion” since that’s all it is .

Top of that the 8th says nothing about “ bonds” bonds are not bail. Educate yourself.
And far as the fine goes it was a mathematical calculation based on the trial facts and not punitive.
So while you are entitled to you opinion it is my opinion the 8th amendment has no bearing in the trump case.
