Unfortunately, over the years of living at this apartment complex, I have seen some changes. Once, the grounds won beautification awards. Things, however, change. Different management, priorities, and now the economy. A prime example is my one post on the empty flower pot.

I miss those times, especially now that I've returned to my photography. So, I decided to take a trip down memory lane and pulled up the tulips that once graced the property with their beautiful colors.

These were taken with my other camera and a kit lens and haven't been PP.

That's the beauty of photography, it helps us often remember better times!

No, these images aren't perfect, but life isn't either. Looking at them, however, makes me appreciate my new camera and helps me feel encouraged that I am slowly improving my skills!

Wow, that's so kind and greatly appreciated. I have to admit, I'm surprised at these comments. These were done with my old camera nearly seven years ago. I was expecting different comments!
