Adds galore ruining iPad pro web links.

I most of the time I review the UHH daily post in the morning while still laying in bed using my iPad Pro.
When I open a link on a members topic and depending on what it is sometimes the video if it is a video or not, plays or opens my pahe is flooded with adds and especially if I open side link about another topic and then it so bad it is useless to experience. Now, when I open the same link and side links on my Windows 10 desktop, it is completely different. OPens nice and clean and full page is seen as it was intended to and the side links also open and NO obtrusive adds.
Yes add blocker is on in the settings in the iPad but this is so ridiculous it is not work trying do.
Not just UHH links but ANY link.
Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there any way to clean this up.
Any feed back is appreciated.
Thanks all.
Bruce.

I have ads at the top and bottom of each page, but I can still read and reply (on a desktop).

I do have a Samsung phone but I don’t use it to download and stream anything simply because of that reason and I don’t use my phone for that anyway I just keep it simple. On the iPad the Clickbait is everywhere I started using two different browsers Blaze And safari, and it seems to be a little bit cleaner, but the Clickbait and other stuff still come in, but it’s more livable. I use Mozilla fire fox on the iPad and the desktop but on the iPad is where I’m having the problem and I don’t know why maybe it’s Apple’s way to move you to Safari.

I most of the time I review the UHH daily post in ... (show quote)

I just traded in my iphone for much of the same.
Click on news- it's all clickbait except for Buzzfeed.
Article on some models skimpy clothing gives me a head shot and a $19.99 magazine sub offer.
Click on linda odd picture- right to Google Store.
and the constant "upgrades" chanhed the menus and added ads for something that went away.
After two years- back to Samsung.
