A sad reminder that I still haven’t made it to the Smithsonian’s African American Heritage Museum to see the Mothership. It’s not the actual original P-Funk Mothership but one from a subsequent tour. I really think they missed the mark on it though. Rather than just have it on display they should have it descend from the rafters with a full laser light show every couple of hours.
