Unfortunately no Dave it was one of the places I most wanted to see. We saw Zion and then Bryce where I suffered with altitude sickness. I found out when I went to Peru and was hospitalised with big problems. I was told never to put myself in that situation again. It kicks in at 6,500 with me and Yellowstone starts at 8,000.

I'm sorry to hear that. We had family visit us out there and one had issues, but luckily it was pretty well confined to the passes. Most of our activities are 6300 to 7500 feet.
